The mathematics department is one of the original departments of this institution. We provide opportunities for students to develop organizational skills and work in groups. Many students are afraid of math, but the reality is that math is quite easy once you learn the formulas.
In addition to emphasizing good academic performance, we encourage students to participate in both academic and extracurricular math activities to develop their talents. We extensively use smart classrooms to make teaching and learning math easier and more engaging. The smart classroom helps visualize concepts that were previously difficult.
We have a dedicated math lab that allows students to have fun with numbers. The lab creates a challenging environment for students to test their math abilities and develop analytical reasoning and lateral thinking through various games and activities. Students have one math lab period per week.
